How can I tell if my jewellery is silver?

Silver Jewellery Hallmark
Silver is a mixture of 92.5% Silver and 7.5% other metals. This other metal is usually copper but can be rhodium or another precious metal. Within the UK there is a hallmark standard which all appropriate Silver Jewellery must adhere to, to be classed as 925 Sterling Silver Jeweler. At Ctrl alt Chic all our Silver Jewellery products are 925 Sterling Silver and are appropriately hallmarked.
What happens if I want to return an item?

Returns
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing our customer service on info@ctrl-alt-chic.co.uk, detailing the item you wish to return.
Replace the item in the parcel and send back to us. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your Returns Number. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or body jewellery in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Ctrl alt Chic will arrange for an exchange. Ctrl alt Chic decision is final.

Refunds
Refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.
